all gender: 6 bed or 3 bed

Please Note: All Gender dorm rooms are located on our upper 3rd floor level which require climbing stairs. As we are located in a historic rowhouse, we do not have an elevator. However, staff is more than happy to assist with luggage.

women only: 2, 6, or 8 bed

Women only dorm rooms are located on our 2nd and first floors. Our second floor is women only including all bathrooms within that floor.

all rooms include

Personal outlets, reading light, privacy curtains, all linens INCLUDING towels, pillows, sheets, and a nice warm blanket. there are hooks to hang your towels + items. each guest gets a locker to store personal items - laptops, backpacks, carry on luggage, or whatever you decide to bring - just no food! ;)
